*Mid America Truck Show Vehicle Wrap Raffle Rules/Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The raffle is open to businesses with a valid business vehicle. Personal vehicles are excluded. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to represent the business entering the raffle.
Raffle Prize: The winner will receive a free vehicle wrap using standard print vinyl materials (3M 180c with 8519 overlaminate). The wrap design is limited to 2 hours of design time; additional design time will be billed to the winner. Exclusions apply to recolors and other non-standard materials. No warranty is included with this prize and no repairs will be made if complications with the wrap occur.
Entry: Entries can be submitted in person during the Mid America Truck Show between March 21 and April 1, 2024. Only one entry per business is allowed.
Winner Selection: The raffle drawing will take place on May 1, 2024. The winner will be notified via email and phone call. In the event the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.
Vehicle Wrap Process: The winner agrees to be reasonably responsive in providing information, changes, and approvals related to the design proofs. The winner is responsible for transporting the vehicle to the Crux Roadboardz Graphics installation location in Hebron, KY for graphics installation.
Liability: By entering the raffle, participants agree to release Crux Roadboardz Graphics and its employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the raffle or the vehicle wrap. Crux Roadboardz Graphics is not responsible for any damages to the vehicle during transport to and from the installation location.
Rights and Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Crux Roadboardz Graphics may use the winner's business name, logo, and images of the wrapped vehicle for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Disputes: These Rules/Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Kentucky. If any disputes arise, they shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Kentucky.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: Crux Roadboardz Graphics reserves the right to modify these Rules/Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. It is the participant's responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
Acceptance: By entering the raffle, participants agree to these Rules/Terms and Conditions.
