At Crux RoadBoardz Graphics, we create and produce custom banners in all shapes and sizes. There is no “standard” banner; rather, we customize each banner to deliver what your business needs. Some banners hang over doors, others adorn the sides of buildings, and still others use grommets to attach to fencing or posts. We can produce your banner with visuals on one side or both.

We use heavy-duty banner material, which is non-curling. It’s specified as 13oz material, which represents the amount of PVC used: 1 square yard of 13oz banner weighs 13oz.

Our banners are available as either mesh or vinyl. Mesh banners have greater durability, making them a great choice for extended outdoor usage. Vinyl banners offer a superior color palette and eye-catching vibrance, so they’re better suited for short-term outdoor use.

Banners benefit from having an edge. An edge finish — aka hem — will increase your banner’s durability and deliver an overall more finished appearance. If you’re on a budget or just looking for a one-time-use banner, hem tape is a cost-effective solution.

Depending on the type of banner you choose, we might recommend grommets. Machine-inserted into the material of the banner, grommets are 3/8-inch brass-colored metal rings that enable the use of ropes/clips/zip ties for hanging. Typically, grommets are placed every 2-3 feet along the banner’s edges.

Another installation option is sewn pole pockets, which let you insert poles for displaying your banner.
